Thinking with machines: Can AI deepen coaching reflection?
Thursday, April 10th, at 16.00-17.30 CET (17-18.30 EET)
As coaching professionals, reflection is an essential practice for deepening self-awareness, refining skills, and improving client impact. However, reflection can feel time-consuming, difficult to structure, or challenging to develop into a sustained habit. AI tools like ChatGPT can assist us in streamlining reflective writing, but their use raises important ethical, privacy, and accuracy concerns.
In this webinar, we’ll explore how coaches can effectively use chatbots and AI writing assistants in their reflective practice. We’ll discuss key ethical considerations, strategies for safeguarding client confidentiality, and practical methods to structure AI-assisted reflections efficiently. Participants will also learn how to critically assess AI-generated responses for truthfulness, use the output for professional development, and explore how this practice complements – but does not replace – coaching supervision.
Ethical considerations of using ChatGPT
Protecting client privacy in AI-assisted reflection
Making reflection easier with AI
Structuring AI-assisted reflective writing for efficiency
Fact-checking ChatGPT’s responses
